Who called from 3134498795

I have received one call from 313-449-8795 and also several from 602-714-1709. I haven't answered cause I do not recognize these numbers. I didn't know they were from the same people until I found them on here. I am on the DNC list and don't understand why they keep calling.

I am getting called from all of the same numbers!!
How can we get them to STOP!!??

Keeps calling from different numbers. When we answer there is no one there and when we called back no one answeree on their end.

I didn't pick up when they called...I just figured it was another magazine scam.
