An "Alternate Long Distance Provider - Triton Global" charge appeared on my Shaw phone bill today, claiming that I called the 313-450-1652 number in February from my Calgary home landline. The trouble is no one was home at the time to even use the phone. Shaw was as useless as they could be, and only directed me to this Triton Global company (tritonglobal.ca) to dispute the charge.
This has all signs and symptomps of the "Phone Cramming" case. I am currently attempting to dispute the charge with Triton Global, and if it fails, will file a formal "Cramming" complaint with FCC, FTC and CRTC.

On my last bill from Bell Canada, I was charged 2,99$ for a 2 minutes operator assisted call listed as Triton Global, which I found is located in Michigan. I never phoned to this company. I contacted Bell and they said they would credit this amount on my next invoice. They will also try to contact this provide. I understand this is a scam as no one made this call.
On my April Bill of 2013 I noticed a charge of $2.99 I phoned Primus Customer services. I told them that we have not made such a call nor we recognize such a phone#. The Customer Service of our provider PRIMUS CANADA was nice enough to reverse the charges .. After investigating we found out that many people had received similar calls from TRITON Global fraudulent co.. in Detroit.. Could you contact these people or the Better Business bureau to make them stop harassing us..
