Odd unidentifiable phone number identified only as "IVR".  Did not leave a message.

I got a call from this number on 3/30/11.  I answered because it looked like a local call (same area code as mine).  I woman asked about my DTE bill when I told her why she was asking she said she was going to save on my bill.  The caller ID just said Detroit not DTE so I told her it was none of her business and I hung up on her.
