I have been in email contact with a Janet Moreno whom was selling English Bulldog puppies on a Thunder Bay Buy and Sell website. After further investigation I have come to realize this is a scam. The number which was given to me was 313-482-9936. How do I get the word out? Many others have fallen for this scam and it is heart breaking.
