Was sent  this #, then it was followed up by a 360-254-2383 text.. When trying to call the 313 # said caller was out of service area.. Was contacted on FB by a James Carter claiming to be from here , but grew up in england and had dealings with oil Co operations. He then called me and the Number came up as unavailable and could not here him as it was muffled with a lot of backround noise. I did hear enough of his voice to know it was not english nor american..
