I get phone calls from this # 3134860144, I want them to stop calling, they as for my personal info and I am not going to respond to them because too many scams going on!!

I got this same call...didn't answer. Looked it up on Google and it says the number belongs to a cash advance place. Something I never use so no reason to bother me.
