Called my cell on July 4, must be scam no legit business calls on a holiday

Like the other reporters, got a call on my mobile on July 4 after 6pm.
Today when I try the number I get a busy signal
Phishy...

Picked up the phone, they hung up

Just received a call from this number on my cell.  A man with a southern accent asked if I was available by first name.  When I said this is him, may I ask who's calling, the response was "I'm sorry, there is no message" and he hung up.  Definite SCAM.
