I do not answer from unknown callers.

Got a call around 11:45 from 313-534-4145, the caller Id shows Michael Parks, and the caller states they are calling from purple heart trying to see if we have any clothes and shoes we want to donate. The caller give a date they are coming out to pick up the items if you want to donate the item, and hang up after that. I don't know if it's actually purple heart since it's not reading that on the caller id simple a man name, but that's what they are claiming and also knew my address which they might have gotten out of the phone book.

Purple Heart does use volunteers who use their home phones to make those calls.  I have donated clothes that way for many years.

Got a call at 9:03am on 4-27-17.
Call I.D. showed Michael Parks. I didn't answer it. I don't know this person and no message was left.
