Who called from 3135551112

I keep getting calls from this number.  I stay on the line and it always disconnects.  Other times I tell them to stop calling me.

Whoever they are...they don't give up...call more than once a day. I don't answer, they do not leave a message...have no clue what they want.

They have called me 19 times in 15 days. I don't answer. There should be a law against people like this but our politicians like the donations so it will continue. The only answer is to get rid of the politicians that will listen to their constituents. Hard to find.
