caller id says Dir Assist MI. Husband answered and they started talking to him in his language (originally he's from another country). The connection was so bad they switched him to someone in English (I told him they were scammers and to hang up. So obvious when the connection is bad). He said they were trying to get him to switch international calls services. Luckily he told them to call back when I was home because I take care of all paperwork. Blocked number but I'm sure they'll call again since it's routed through various numbers.
