Who called from 3135555884

Kept getting calls from "Dir Asst MI" for many months with no message left. Finally blocked THAT number but now seems they're using another number!

Got a call several times from the number with no message. Today I answered it and someone spoke in a foreign language. The misleading ID says Directory Assistance, Michigan.

DIR ASST   MI.
A man blabbered something unintelligible. The only things I understood were "save on energy" and "do you have your bill?", after which I hung up.

Calls several times a week - no one there, then it hangs up.

Answered this call.  Male caller wanted to know if I spoke Russian or Ukranian.  Answered "No."  Ended call.
