I keep getting phone calls from these scam artists and they had changed there number due to I contacted the Attorney Generals office to file a complaint for Identity theft and being harrassed. It is a Scam.
I have been receiving nonstop calls and threats from a "law office" by the name of O'connell, Greenman and associates, claiming that my mother is being summoned to court on a civil complaint. The number they call from is 313 556-2577, with a return number of 313 556-2668. Upon researching this "law office", I have found numerous reviews of a scam operation reported from this company's name. Judging by the information they gave me over the phone (why the complaint was, where it came from, and any personal information), the fact that they would even consider contacting someone's listed "contact" for a LEGAL matter, and the action they claimed their office would take had no debt payment been made from my mother (an armed police guard would remove my mother from the premises of her work), I know this is an absolute scam. I have told them to remove me from their list immediately and that I was aware that what they were doing was absolutely illegal and that threatening innocent citizens in hopes to steal their money is shameful. When I told them to remove my mother from their database immediately, I was hung up on multiple times. I am aware that this is not the way the legal process works, and that threats of any police involvement regarding debt is never required, but I know this company is harassing countless other people who may or may not be aware of this process & may fall victim to this scam.
AM so tired of being called and telling me that I owe money that I don't thinking of chanting my number what am I to do this happens a lot. What is this world coming too
