Who called from 3135781024

i said hello numerous times, no one there and then a computer said "goodbye". they keep calling during my work hours.  driving me nuts

Keep calling...no message.  Try to call back and get a recording saying they do not accept incoming calls.

Got a call from this number. The background was very noisy and the guy was hard to understand. Kept saying he was with an auto insurance thing.
