This is a scam call from "American Handicapped and Disadvantaged Workers Inc." They are currently under investigation of fraud from several state AGs and the US government. They have been prohibited from doing business in Iowa. If they call report it to your AG immediately.
Called me too. 11:10 pacific time, 03/16/2016. I think they are tied up with those people who call "about your magazine subscription" or your "mastercard/visa". They tell you fake names, spoof phone numbers and rent out anonymous offices filled with call center workers who read off cards to get you to reveal information. Once they have any information, they never stop calling, they just use the same lines with different names. I think next time I'll ask them for revealing information and finish up with fake info on my part, and ask them if they are tired of being investigated yet!
