Call from this number (313-582-8493) was spoofed, as this is a real number, but it was Rachael at the end when I answered, telling me I could lower my credit card rates.   I thought it was real call.   These criminals will try anything to get you to answer so they can get to your credit cards.   Just hung up when I heard "her" talking.
