Just got a call from a lady saying that my resume was highly recommended and she thinks I would be great for their upcoming positions. I found this very odd, since my resume only shows teaching jobs. She said she was from Rocco and Associates in Troy, MI. I looked them up and Stacey was not shown as one of the team members.
Got a phone call from a person named Stacy Clair. She said that she saw my resume and said it was very impressive. Long story made short. I looked up the address (631 E. Big Beaver Rd. Suite 201. Troy, MI. 48083) and then found some other posts along with some other comments and web site links referring to a Primerica (i e Some one else posted getting a call from "248-250-9274 call from David Krivsky. Said he had come across my "impressive" resume and called me on my cell phone. He asked me to expand on my background. ")
This morning someone called me from this number, and left me a message. They used the phrase "Your resume came across my desk" and I knew who it was...
I got a call from someone at Primerica back in June, they said "Your resume came across my desk"...I went so far as to call them back and schedule an interview before looking them up online. They are a sham. They make it sound like you will be a manager, then you find out you must take classes and pay THEM to sell insurance. Look up "Primerica Scam" on Google.
Received a call Sunday Night about 7:30, I didn't recognize the number so I let it go to voice mail. It was Stacy Clair who said my resume came across her desk. I find this odd, since she called on a Sunday Night (especially during an NFL Playoff game). I figured it would be for a position selling Insurance or Financial Service, and based on the previous posts I just read. I was right. I have not and will not call her back.
I just received a call from the same number and person as above and Primerica came up. I actually went to a meeting back in 1996 while stationed in the military every post above is true they are scammers who want you to sell insurance for travelers. Based upon my resume I do not understand why they would call me as this has nothing to do with CNC/CMM operator or programmer.
I received a call this morning from Stacey Clair from this number, who left a voice message similar to those described in earlier posts. The White Pages reverse phone look up revealed it was a cell number; an HR department would use a land line.
Previous similar experiences with other callers have told me if they are not specific about the job in the message, such as a nursing job, then they are looking for sales or franchise people.
