Who called from 3136210000

Call from Ford Motor Company representative offering "exclusive deal".

Got a call around 7pm. They wanted to thank me for being a "loyal Ford customer" and offer me $50 to test drive one of their cars.

I thanked them and hung up.

They called my number asking if I was the owner of another family members car. How did they get my number asking for someone else?
