I have been getting these calls 5 & up everyday. have reported it to Do not call with no success. Got tired ofthis and called them back (Loan Depot) and opted out of the calls we'll see tomorrow. They told me OK my name offlist.
Funny thing, I never looked for applied for any loans on line except conversation with my own bank. That was supposedly a secure link. so how they got my number ??? .

this recorded caller says that they are Savannah from Loan Depot calling regarding mortgage refinance information. I have never tried to obtain a mortgage nor do I wish to right now. When I did answer the phone I had to say hello three times. The person came on the phone asking for me, never said what company they were calling from, I told them that I was not there. She said ok and just before hanging up said that "this call is recorded". Well guess what, the next time you call me, I'll be recording the call when I answer and I will let you know. Bet they won't keep talking then. :^)
