Appears as a missed call on my phone at work.

Left a voicemail that "there is no problem with your credit card account...".  Then went on to offer me credit deals, which I did not proceed to listen to. Then I blocked the number

Lower credit card interest rates  so tired of these more than ever scam caller numbers  i  tellem  that they're scam they get mad rude and hang up on me

Dead line, just 15 seconds of silence.  Nuisance caller for sure.
Probably a computer dialer with broken programming.
