Most likely a scam - not a telemarketer - spoofing a Detroit number. Called my land line and left no message. I don't know anyone in Detroit or live anywhere near it. 65% of the calls to my land line are scammers. 25% are telemarketers. The rest are my mother-in-law and a brother-in-law who is either looking to borrow money or needs a ride. This is why I never answer the land line and my cell # is top secret.
