These people called all the way from Detroit to rip us off, only because there's nothing left to steal in that sh*thole of a city. So they're outsourcing.

Try not answering unknown calls and do not call them back. If you continue to answer they will continue to call.

I have received 2 calls from this number in the past 2 days.  I don't answer, but I get a VM notifier on my phone with no VM left.  The strangest part is that it does not register on my phone log as a call either received or missed -- there is no record of it except for the VM log.
