Stop calling my cell phone

They called me today and I got no voicemail. Not my credit card, not the credit card scam that still keeps calling, because those leave voicemails.

just called. did not answer, no vm left

Just saw on another site that either they hang up on you or you get a scam call about lower interest rates

Called my cell number today - Same old scam.  Consumer Services calling to lower the interest rate on my credit card, but surprisingly want me to give them all that info??
