Long msg about health care and ins.  Scam.

I imagine the plumbing co. listed for this #  is either out of business or unaware that the # has been hijacked.

he offered i could save thousands of dollars on obamacare and directed me to press 1, which i did not do.

I am on the do not call list and should not be getting these calls I pressed 1 to tell them  leave ma alone..The guy just argued with me.

The Do Not Call list is NOT a call blocker!

If you had read all the words on the Do Not Call signup pages, you would have learned that the No Call list is limited to "legitimate telemarketers".  It specifically exempts charities, political callers, survey companies and some companies with which one has done business in the last 18 months.

Scammers ignore the list.  After all, criminals ignore laws, right?

Remember, the DNC list is NOT a call blocker!  If you want to block repeated calls from unwanted callers, get a call blocking app, device or service (Google is your friend).
