Who called from 3137660086

I have received about 10 calls on my cell phone from the phone number 313-766-0086 within the last month, they have never left a message.  I used *67 and called their number from a different phone and the person that answer said they were Convergent Outsourcing, Inc.  I have no idea who they are but if you look up their name online they appear to be scammers.

They are not scammers..... They are a collection agency. They never think.....NO MESSAGE......NO RETURN CALL at least from me.

This is Comcast attempting to collect a debt
