Who called from 3137904181

Called yesterday. Left no message. I called back and got an error that the number was bad. I call BS.

I answered because it was a Michigan area code and I used to live in Michigan.  They are selling "final insurance plans."   Caller ID indicated it was from a wireless caller but I could hear background noise and the telemarketer spoke with an accent.

Called.  I didn't answer.  Left no message.
