Received two calls today. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Called the number back and it stated they were a followup company. I did call BCBSM regarding a bill yesterday, so I guess it could be related to that call.
Stop calling... your annoying, and you are rude. I do not answer calls from people and numbers I do not know.... if you dont leave a voicemail... you will never be acknowledged. Also I am not interested in surveys, political money begging of any kind.
The caller is a survey firm doing a survey on how you were helped during a previous call you made to BCBS insurance. If ypu do not want to do the survey, just press 1 so you do not get any more calls. I did that and have not gotten any more calls from the survey company..
