this is a company called erc they have so many phone numbers they are based in Jacksonville florida they are a debt collection company they said that they have to confirm my address to bring me some papers I ask what for they said that I owed a credit card company about $600 I have not have a credit card for 12 years I declared bankruptcy then and have not had a credit card since who makes an appointment to serve me papers
