This number called me some lady who knew my legal name, so I don't know what they are or what they're calling about all she would say is its about a personal matter which usually is Bill collecters idk how shes calling my private personal cell phone because I don't give my cellphone number out to anybody like that! I use my house number for anything that could be a bill that comes back later. what I could figure it out somehow they have a database of cell phone numbers from probably provider or thru the Internet from using your phone on it! Bc I also get weird calls from out of state & some are automated in Spanish!! Probably that big brother sh*t, Google selling our information!!!
This number is a collection agency. I finally spoke with someone and they told me they were out of state but yet had a 313 area code. I heard this and asked for the main line number. Haven't called it but it's an 866#. I'll update once I return the call
