4/18/16, 4:04 pm ET - After a delay, female caller identified herself as "Ashley with ERC" and asked me to confirm my name & address so she could continue with her reason for calling. I asked her to repeat what company she's calling from and she then said, "Enhanced Resource Center". I said I've never heard of them and I'm not giving any information out. She said they're a Collections company. Would not give me any details without confirming I'm the person they must talk to. I told her to send me something in the mail. She hung up.
