I also received a call from this number. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.They did not leave a message.

I too received multiple calls from this number who did not leave a message. When I called them back they said they were Education Referral Service.

I received a call from this number almost directly entering information at CoolSavings.com on my smart phone. The rest is same as other complaints. Left no voicemail. I did a reverse look up and came up with a Gavin Harvey in the Detroit area.

Who is this guy? Keeps calling here at odd hours waking us up!
