I was looking for a nice place and this number was on a craigslist.  Wanted to look at the place before submitting an application.  He insisted he wont show it off unless i provided a application fee and application.  what a ripp off

Watch out when renting from Chand, he is not a very good landlord and raising the rent ridiculously high every year when you renew your lease. Just a fair warning for those who have a low to middle class income. He does not do repairs as they should be done. I have rented from him in the past and even when I gave him a 30 day notice he tried saying I didn't and refused to give me my deposit back.

looked at his job @ deer creek, thought it was the same posting from 2 months ago, went there to chat w/ the tenants found out he replaces help often

Not the best person to talk to.  Always insist in being paid in cashier checks or cash.

very self centered guy, hard to get along with, hard to understand except for money or you owe me.  hard to read because of his glasses
