from ontario canada, just got a call on my cell..........didn't answer it

complain to your service provider. if we all complain and threaten to cancel our service then they will have to do something!

Just got this a call from this number. My phone didn't ring. It just said missed call from 011 31 39385721. From Burlington, Ontario.

Changing your number at first sounds like a good idea,
but their computer system starts at xxx-0000, xxx-0001,
Xxx-0002, etc.   changing your number won't help
much.  If you want to get blacklisted, actvinterested, talk to them,
ask LOTS of questions, then when they ask you
for a c/c number, tell them you'll go get it.   Put
the phone down and leave it.  They'll quit calling
you.
