I too was getting called by this number frequently. I finally got the call on the 3rd ring before they hung up. They asked to speak to Harry. I told them Harry passed away in June (truth). He apologized, I asked who was calling & he politely apologized for my loss, gave his name and company and said he would take "Harry's" name off the calling list. FYI, one method to get them to quit calling.
I answered this call after persistent calls from 313-989-0513. They did not give their company name but were offering free advice on Medicare supplemental insurance. They were very knowledgable and sounded legitimate. They provided 855-897-3901, ext 0012 to call Joseph Klozow if I had further questions. They informed me that if I chose a provider I had to pay the first payment electronically and asked for my bank routing number. The alarms went off and I knew this was a scam. I told them no way but stayed on the call to try and get more info. They then transferred me to a person who said his name was Dylan Morgan and he tried to convince me that giving out my bank routing number was the only way to make the first payment. This is when I ended the call. I am currently searching the web to find where I can report this as telephone fraud and a consumer scam.
They're scammers because they want your banking information without a written, signed contract that explains their services and obligations, which is how real insurance companies have to operate.
