Who called from 3142147000

Started calling at 11pm and is nonstop all night

First call from this number was at 11:45am and they've already called a total of 4 times since then and it's only 11:55am now. The first two times they called, I let it ring and go to voicemail, but they didn't leave a message. The third time they called, I answered, but no one was there, there was just a repeated beep. The forth time they called, I hit decline and then they left a message but it was just the same repeated beep from when I actually answered.

They called here and did not say anything. Dialed the number back and it says it is Equifax and to enter and extension. Not sure if it is legit.

Equifax, they are doing an employment verification on an employee. They want to talk to human resources.
