Keep receiving automated calls from this number. No one ever comes on the line... just dead space. Caller Id says it's from Montana.

Car warranty spam robo-dials from a call center. Returned calls are fed to a voicemail system. Requests to be removed from their calling list go ignored. They call nights, weekends, cell phones, after you tell them to stop, hang-up calls, silent calls, silent messages, all of which are illegal. Report these calls to your phone company to have them blocked, to your local police department or the FCC to make them stop.
