Who called from 3145886699

the number is from AT&T advertising. (T Advert on the caller id)    they call our business sometimes 15 times A WEEK  for the last 4 months.  They insist that we update their info for yellow pages even though it has already been updated.
THERE IS NO REASON FOR ANY BUSINESS TO HAVE TO UPDATE THEIR INFO EVERY WEEK. Its like strong-arming thugs who force you to give them money to stop bothering you.  These people insist that we PURCHASE ADVERTISING from them so they pester us with the update speil before they go into the speil of purchasing advertising in the yellow pages.

Seems to be from an advertising firm. I've adopted this thing where, when I answer, I always say, "Hello, I'm recording this conversation". Invariably, they always tell me that they did not give permission for me to record them. I always answer that if they want to talk to me about anything, the call will be recorded. They hang up, and VERY RARELY call back.

Cold call sales pitch from att yellow pages.

Unable to answer a simple businesslike question regarding their products.

Their job is to jack up your interest with semi relevant half truths
and pass you off to the closer, like a car lot does.

They've been pestering me and the line seems to go dead like
a dropped call but then they come back on.

Kind of a joke. They've been blocked at my end for sure.

Called a few times - to my cell phone, never leaves a message.  I'm trying to figure out how to block the number.  Thanks for all the info.
