Who called from 3146388373

This number is for someone  from the kidney foundation. She is soliciting clothing and household items.  I ask her to remove my name.

We repeatedly get calls from this number and Richard Bunda in on caller ID. I don't ever answer, they never leave a message. Thanks to Pam, I may answer just to tell them to remove my number from their database.

Same happened to me. Called back- its American kidney services asking for donations. They arent allowed to leave messages.

"They arent allowed to leave messages."  Want to clue us in this new law or administrative ruling you know all about?  The one no one else has ever heard of?
