Who called from 3148190939

Rcv'd two calls from this number.  First call they didn't leave a message.  Second call I answered and the person sounded like a female trying to disquise her voice in odd high pitch.  She asked for Eli and when I responded with "wrong number" she began to question me regarding personal information.  Sounded like the normal telephone phishing scams.

I receive a call from this number and when I tried to call back I got a message that said it is not in service.

I  DID THE SAME & IT SAID IT WAS NOT IN SERVICE

Keep getting calls with no messages from this number.

This number keeps calling me too. Not sure what the heck they are trying to do!
