Called and asked for the owner of our business by first name. I told him I need to know what this was about before I could hand the owner the phone. He said it was a financial matter and provided no other information. I again told him I needed to know who this was before giving him the phone. He then hung up.
called asked by name for a rep that has never been and then asked for current manager and I asked what is regarding and its a personal financial matter, I just called the number back and Premier Merchant provider
I just saw that this number called my job 7 TIMES in less than 2 minutes. Seriously? IDK how I didn't hear the phone ringing, so I'm guessing my co-worker was shutting off the ringer. or picking up and hanging up. HOW RUDE!

We have an automated phone recording before connecting to our phone system, they must have got our recording and then hung up as I have caller ID and the ability to block calls. Blocked them from calling again. Don't these idiots look up their phone numbers?!
