This number is related to the 780-955-4517.  I know this because they had information that I provided to that number.

Identified himself as John Westbrook.  During conversation, he indicated he was in San Hose, Costa Rica.

Told me they were an investment firm and wanted to show me how they could double my money within 30 days in the currency market and explained that they had a lot of researchers.  Wanted me to invest in 10 shares at $1k per share but would be willing to go down to 2 shares.  When I asked to call them back, they said they were just leaving, but eventually caved and gave me a 866-518-2035 phone number which appears to be linked to Stratus Financial Group.
