calls every 15 minutes, even though its blocked, it rings once so its very annoying

Caller knew my name and address. Had very thick Indian accent. Started by asking energy bill questions. Then started to ask very personal questions like what my wife's name was and her date of birth. Was connected over to supervisor again with heavy accent. Told them I was no longer interested in their "survey" and no to call me. They called me a total of seven times.

4 calls in three hours. asks for homeowner. not here. won't leave message. won't stop calling.

No one answers.  Phone just keeps ringing time after time

Keeps calling every 30 minutes. Sounds indian and claims to be john smith, and asks if i am the homeowner. how do you stop this?
