I received a call from this number. The person stated that I had been selected by a government grant agency to receive $9,200. They said that I would receive it after I called the number they gave me the 315-203-3487 number. They said I would be giving them banking information to be able to receive the money within half an hour. This sounds like a scam to me. The person speaking spoke with a heavy accent possibly Nigerian or another African country.
