I got the same one, but for any law suit you wouldn't be arrested. You would be served papers. What a laugh, but their will be people who believe this.
I received a message and only part of it was on my phone, so just to mess with them I called the number back from a different phone and I asked why JC Penneys had Federal Marshalls and the guy got pissed off and asked me to be serious and repeat what I had just said, I repeated what I said and he hung up on me...........scam scam scum suckers I feel sorry for anyone who gets scared and actually calls them with the intention of being serious.
Yeah I'm part of the in crowd…Why they keep calling me I have no idea…got one of these last year…can't Verizon or the Feds do something about this. Hope they don't scam the elderly. They're giving Oswego, NY a bad name.
They called me two days ago saying that I had 5 charges against me for trying to scam the irs. So, I said what years did I supposedly had a mathematical error on my tax return. They said 2009,10 and 11. I told them that was impossible and they said how. Well, in those years I was 14, 15, 16 and for what I understand that is too young to file a tax return nice try though. I've had a scam like this before saying I got a loan out and I was under the age of 18. Duhh
