Who called from 3152108569

Just got a call from this number claiming I won 7, 200 from a gov grand.but I have to pay. 115.00.

I got the same call about 15 minutes ago

I just received the same call 10 min ago stating I was getting a 7200 grant but had to pay 185.00 to confirm my identity to money gram at Walmart. I called Walmart and they said they never heard of it and it must be a scam.
