Received a call from an individual claiming to represent Norton Anti Virus. Caller claimed that my subscription had expired and my firewall was not working. My account is current and firewall enabled.  Caller claimed to be in California but calling number is from N New York. The caller wanted access to my computer to resolve issue. I hung up and called Norton's support they have not heard of this and suspect a scam. Beware!
