Who called from 3152174271

Missed a call from this number, I called them back and message said number is not in service. So it would seem as if its a useless telemarketer, how can I receive a call from a number and then when I call the number back its "not in service?"

Someone from Consumers _______ _________ but asked for Lenny.  Told them they have the wrong number and to take me off their call list.

Repeated calls from this number but they do not leave a message. No name shows on caller ID

This number has called me four times; when I call back, it says the number is no longer in service.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone.  I said Hello (loudly) twice and got no response.  Finally I heard a beep and a recorded woman's voice saying Good-bye.
