This call comes from SIMONS AGENCY of Utica, New York. Of course, it is a debt collection agency. What these collectors do is sort of sub-contract with others of their ilk. So if SIMONS calls you, it may be on behalf of another agency to which you are not responding. Caveat emptor!
I have this number blocked on my phone after constant harassment. I owe these low lives nothing. Yet they find the time to call me ( Not kidding) 13 times in the AM within 2 to 3 minutes span. Im pissed. This is to the point of harassment and im filing against them. This is bullsh*t!!!
