These people are constantly calling my cell phone. I have asked them to stop and they told me it would cost me 90 to have them stop. What people try for money.
I received SEVERAL calls from this number today. 1st time I've seen this number on my caller ID. I finally answered after their 13th attempt to contact me. When I said hello, the foreign sounding man knew my name. He asked me if I was interested in a loan. I told him not at this moment. He said, "well U must have applied for one recently online because my information had been shared thru the website that I used affiliates. I told him I appreciated his contacting me, but I had taken a loan with another company already. I then asked him if he could remove me from their call list. He said sure no problem, but them proceeded to ask me about the loan I HAD gotten. Who they were, what kind I loan I made, how much did I take a loan for, how much my monthly payments were, how long I got the loan for and EVEN @ what rate. It bothered me that they would ask. I said to him, THAT information is private. I'd rather not share that. Then I told him I didn't have the time, but he was determined to make a sale. He said he could give me a loan @ 10.1%, I could take as long as I wanted to pay it back, I didn't have to give any kind of person banking information OR need to concede to a credit check. RIGHT THEN AND THERE I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM.
We actually got disconnected. I called back out of curiousity. When they answered the phone, the guy said, "hello..". NOT, " thank U for calling _______, how can we help U?". I asked, "could U tell me the name of this company?". He said, "Who is this? Who do U wanna talk to?". I said, "I am a potential customer and I don't wanna talk to anyone in particular. I'd just like to know the name of this company.". He said, "the is Cash Advance.". I said, "That's. The name if Ur company?". He said, "Yes.". I said, "JUST Cash Advance?" this is when he got livid! He said,"What the hell do U want?!!"
That's when I got PISSED! I said, "Hey [***]! U called ME!! Take my number off of Ur [***] call list and NEVER call me again!! U'RE LUCKY WE ARE MILES APART!". He hung up and I think that's the last I'll be hearing from them. If not, I'm ready.
