Who called from 3152273449

I get calls from this same number, but the caller's name is Joe. I agree, this is a scam.

Answered, he said he was calling from social security about.. then the line went dead. What are these people doing with this scam? They don't even let you talk. Must be about your telephone number, because 1. Social security wouldn't have your telephone number.
