This number has been calling on a daily basis for a couple of weeks. Number is identified as MARCH OF DIMES. They called this morning at 8:49 and woke up a sick patient. :-( They leave no message....just hang up. Are they frauds, or what?

Either a paid or volunteer fund raiser for the March of Dimes. There is little point in leaving a message since they are not likely to be set up to answer return calls. Since they are calling for a charity, they are not required to screen against the Do Not Call list but are required to maintain an internal Do Not Call list and place numbers on it when requested. You either have to answer their call and request being placed in their internal DNC list or see if there is a Opt Out option on the main March of Dimes website.
